a28.org

Check out this website!! All over the country people are planning a national day of impeachment-if you are in the Naples area please feel free to email me at lkaelin34@yahoo.com for details on the event for Naples.

My heart goes out to the grieving families at Virginia Tech. No one should ever have to lose a loved one to senseless violence. That is the same reason we need to end this senseless war in Iraq. As of this writing the number of dead americans (the same ages as these young people at Virginia Tech) is up to 3316. I never thought we would end up with this many lost lives. So many people who never got to live up to their full potential. I do not understand a goverment that sends its nations young into a war with no plan and no understanding of what they were getting into.

This president has violated the constitution, he has broke the laws, he has lied and our kids have died. Impeachment is the only answer. The power is in the hands of the people. Please join me in impeachment rallies on the 28th of April. It is never too late to make a difference.

The above picture is just one of the many troops who have died for this lie. Please do something. If your not outraged, your not paying attention.

Goodbye and Good luck to MSNBC and CBS

To truly be liberal and believe in equal rights for all, one must support equal rights for all. I do not agree with what Don Imus said and it is high time people in this country start realizing that just because you do not believe someone should be taken off the air for an ignorant ill-concieved remark does not mean that I am racist. Quite the opposite as there are radio stations and television stations and comedians that make fun of white people i.e-cracker, whitey, the man, honky ad nauseum and yet there is never a big ruckus over those remarks. There are rap lyrics in particular that are much more harsh towards women and particularly black women than anything Imus said.

Personally, if something offends me, I do not expose myself to it again. That is why we have freedom of choice. The first amendment is so important they made it number 1!

I am afraid this entire debacle is going to set race relations back 40-50 years and that is a damn shame. Instead of MSNBC and CBS deciding to take the opportunity presented them to open a dialouge and perhaps to get others involved in changing the way women, especially black women are portrayed in music, and the like, they chose to kowtow to Reverend Al Sharpton and his ilk. Why? This man profits from the people he claims to be supporting-he has not met with these young ladies, he has not offered his hands up in prayer with them, he has used the public airwaves to preach his brand of Christianity and he has used them to fight ignorance with more ignorance, all ofthese things are wrong! The black community should feel very outraged at him for profiting and making his livelihood from the people he says he is "protecting". Since when? And when is he going to apologize to the Duke lacrosse players? When will he be held accountable for his words and actions?

If you want to call him on his radio show and voice your opinion-he is on Monday through Friday 1pm-4pm and the number is 1-877-532-5797.

Let freedom ring for all Americans. Not just the select few.

Thank you.

Yes Bush can be impeached!

Following please find the articles of impeachment against GW Bush and cronies.

Articles of Impeachment

of

President George W. Bush

and

Vice President Richard B. Cheney,
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice,
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld, and
Attorney General Alberto Gonzales

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. - - ARTICLE II, SECTION 4 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld, and Attorney General Alberto Gonzales have committed violations and subversions of the Constitution of the United States of America in an attempt to carry out with impunity crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes and deprivations of the civil rights of the people of the United States and other nations, by assuming powers of an imperial executive unaccountable to law and usurping powers of the Congress, the Judiciary and those reserved to the people of the United States, by the following acts:

1) Seizing power to wage wars of aggression in defiance of the U.S. Constitution, the U.N. Charter and the rule of law; carrying out a massive assault on and occupation of Iraq, a country that was not threatening the United States, resulting in the death and maiming of over one hundred thousand Iraqis, and thousands of U.S. G.I.s.

2) Lying to the people of the U.S., to Congress, and to the U.N., providing false and deceptive rationales for war.

3) Authorizing, ordering and condoning direct attacks on civilians, civilian facilities and locations where civilian casualties were unavoidable.

4) Instituting a secret and illegal wiretapping and spying operation against the people of the United States through the National Security Agency.

5) Threatening the independence and sovereignty of Iraq by belligerently changing its government by force and assaulting Iraq in a war of aggression.

6) Authorizing, ordering and condoning assassinations, summary executions, kidnappings, secret and other illegal detentions of individuals, torture and physical and psychological coercion of prisoners to obtain false statements concerning acts and intentions of governments and individuals and violating within the United States, and by authorizing U.S. forces and agents elsewhere, the rights of individuals under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

7) Making, ordering and condoning false statements and propaganda about the conduct of foreign governments and individuals and acts by U.S. government personnel; manipulating the media and foreign governments with false information; concealing information vital to public discussion and informed judgment concerning acts, intentions and possession, or efforts to obtain weapons of mass destruction in order to falsely create a climate of fear and destroy opposition to U.S. wars of aggression and first strike attacks.

8) Violations and subversions of the Charter of the United Nations and international law, both a part of the "Supreme Law of the land" under Article VI, paragraph 2, of the Constitution, in an attempt to commit with impunity crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes in wars and threats of aggression against Afghanistan, Iraq and others and usurping powers of the United Nations and the peoples of its nations by bribery, coercion and other corrupt acts and by rejecting treaties, committing treaty violations, and frustrating compliance with treaties in order to destroy any means by which international law and institutions can prevent, affect, or adjudicate the exercise of U.S. military and economic power against the international community.

9) Acting to strip United States citizens of their constitutional and human rights, ordering indefinite detention of citizens, without access to counsel, without charge, and without opportunity to appear before a civil judicial officer to challenge the detention, based solely on the discretionary designation by the Executive of a citizen as an "enemy combatant."

10) Ordering indefinite detention of non-citizens in the United States and elsewhere, and without charge, at the discretionary designation of the Attorney General or the Secretary of Defense.

11) Ordering and authorizing the Attorney General to override judicial orders of release of detainees under INS jurisdiction, even where the judicial officer after full hearing determines a detainee is wrongfully held by the government.

12) Authorizing secret military tribunals and summary execution of persons who are not citizens who are designated solely at the discretion of the Executive who acts as indicting official, prosecutor and as the only avenue of appellate relief.

13) Refusing to provide public disclosure of the identities anby the U.S. government in the United States, including in response to Congressional inquiry.

14) Use of secret arrests of persons within the United States and elsewhere and denial of the right to public trials.

15) Authorizing the monitoring of confidential attorney-client privileged communications by the government, even in the absence of a court order and even where an incarcerated person has not been charged with a crime.

16) Ordering and authorizing the seizure of assets of persons in the United States, prior to hearing or trial, for lawful or innocent association with any entity that at the discretionary designation of the Executive has been deemed "terrorist."

17) Engaging in criminal neglect in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, depriving thousands of people in Louisiana, Mississippi and other Gulf States of urgently needed support, causing mass suffering and unnecessary loss of life.

18) Institutionalization of racial and religious profiling and authorization of domestic spying by federal law enforcement on persons based on their engagement in noncriminal religious and political activity.

19) Refusal to provide information and records necessary and appropriate for the constitutional right of legislative oversight of executive functions.

20) Rejecting treaties protective of peace and human rights and abrogation of the obligations of the United States under, and withdrawal from, international treaties and obligations without consent of the legislative branch, and including termination of the ABM treaty between the United States and Russia, and rescission of the authorizing signature from the Treaty of Rome which served as the basis for the International Criminal Court.d locations of persons who have been arrested, detained and imprisoned

We have to remember-this war was not started to "liberate" people who did not ask for our help, this war was started and based on a lie-one that Dick Cheney is still repeating. This is a gross abuse of power.

Don Imus has hijacked the airwaves!

Stop and read before you take that too literally. I am not refering to the ignorant remarks he made, I am refering to the extensive over-coverage on the news. Seriously I want to know how many more troops have died for a lie, I want to know what is going on in North Korea I want to know if the democrats are going to back down or if Bush will finally realize he can not have an unlimited check anymore. There are much more important issues going on right now that the media is blantanly ignoring.

I obviously am not a huge fan of Imus however, he is a good person he does do alot of good deeds and he said a stupid thing, we can all agree on that can't we? But how come Al Sharpton who as of this writing has not even met with the Rutgers team, has become this mans judge and jury? As a reverend should he not be expressing a little more forgiveness and a little less hate? I think Al Sharpton is a well spoken man with important messages to be heard but when he comes across as more of a racist than Imus, I feel he needs to rethink how far he has fallen away from the Jesus he preaches of.

Personally, I feel like it is time to take Imus off the news every day all day long and get back tothe business of reporting the news and I feel that the good reverend needs to get back to tending his flock and off of my tv. It is all well and good to say change the channel but one can not do that when every channel is carrying the same thing. One thing for sure can already be said about this controversy-it has given the womens basketball team at Rutgers more press than they have ever recieved, and we all know the old saying that even bad press is good press-so in conclusion while I feel his remarks were out of line I also feel it is beyond time for the public flogging to end. Come on America-why are we so obbsessed with gossip and scandal that we let ourselves be diverted from all of the other issues around us?

As Keith Olbermann says-good night and good luck.

Hope everyone had a happy Easter!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. Ours was not bad. I was watching a special on CNN the other night entitled "What Would Jesus Really Do" and it was really interesting. It seems that the right and the left have both been guilty of sying what Jesus would do but how does anyone know for sure?

I tend to agree with the left though-Jesus would want programs to help the poor, Jesus would not agree with being pro-life only until the child is born then not giving a damn if it was being taken care of or even wanted. Jesus did say "Judge not lest ye be judged" yet the right is consistently judging people whos lifestyle or culture is different from their own. I think the right is going to have alot more explaining to do than the left. The left has higher success rates in their marriages than do the right, the left by and large raise more well-adjusted compassionate children as a rule and dammit-we are just plain better looking! :) Had to throw that in for fun :)

Seriously though-have you ever looked at the men and women at these pro-life rallies? NO one will have sex with them-they do not ever have to worry about being in the position of trying to decide what the best answer is for an unwanted pregnancy. Are these pro-lifers also against birth control? I had one tell me that having your tubes tied (which I did) is just as bad as an abortion!! This is truly how the most radical amongst them think, I do not know if they all feel that way, but a portion of them do, I have met them. They even believe if your a victim of rape or incest you should still have the child and just give it up for adoption! Yeah that is an idea I can really get behind (not) carry your violent attackers child for nine months watch your body change daily from something you had no control over, possibly have to have a C-section so now there is also an outer scar of an internal one. These people who say these things have never dealt with being sexually abused themselves (refer back to last paragraph) so it is easy for them to judge. They claim to be christians yet they do nothing to help a brother or sister out? How christian is that?

As for me, the jury is still out-I see things daily that make me think there has to be a God, then I read and watch things nightly that make me think"there is no way there is a God". I think religio is different from sprituality and shuld be for the very reason that many like myelf do not go to church. I do not go to church because of the people-theres Joe who beat his wife and kids last night but is sitting here like a good christian on Sunday-theres Maggie-she has slept with everyone in town and yet here she sits on sunday looking like butter wouldn't melt in her mouth when we all know who was in her mouth last night. Yet they sit and act so holy holy holy on sunday. (the above mentioned names and scenarios are fiction created by me to explain a point).

Spirituality is more of a serene experience whereby you know if you are truly a good person. I do not think I am a bad person because I do not go to church, but if I see my neighbors kids hungry and I do not feed them, yes I am a bad person. I truly believe in the golden rule-treat others how you want to be treated. If we all did that what a kinder gentler world we could live in.

Finally a more dignifiied return for slain troops!

It is about time-you would not think the federal goverment would have to be shamed into doing the right thing by our fallen soldiers, but that is exactly what has happened.

In an about-face by the U.S. government four years into the war in Iraq, America's fallen troops are being brought back to their families aboard charter jets instead of ordinary commercial flights, and the caskets are being met by honor guards in white gloves instead of baggage handlers with forklifts.

That change — which took effect quietly in January and applies to members of the U.S. military killed in Afghanistan, too — came after a campaign waged by a father who was aghast to learn that his son's body was going to be unloaded like so much luggage.

John Holley said an airline executive told him that was the "most expeditious" way to get the body home.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17985128/from/RS.1/ To read the article in its entirety, please visit the site. It never ceases to amaze me the things the federal goverment will stoop to to try and save a few dollars to be able to funnel it back into this damn illegal occupation.

VA removes WRONG testicle

This is incredible! This administration keeps telling us they support the troops and yet the conditions at Walter Reed were abysmal at best and now this from another VA hospital. I am copying this article in its entirety because I can not believe this! What an outrage.

LOS ANGELES - An Air Force veteran has filed a federal claim after an operation at a Veterans Administration hospital in which a healthy testicle was removed instead of a potentially cancerous one.

Benjamin Houghton, 47, was to have had his left testicle removed June 14 at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center because there was a chance it could harbor cancer cells. It also was atrophied and painful.

But doctors mistakenly removed the right testicle, according to medical records and the claim, which seeks $200,000 for future care and unspecified damages. He still hasn’t had the other testicle removed.

“At first I thought it was a joke,” Houghton told the Los Angeles Times. “Then I was shocked. I told them, ’What do I do now?”’

Houghton, his wife, Monica, and their attorney, Dr. Susan Friery, said they hoped to get the VA’s attention by going public with the situation.

Dr. Dean Norman, chief of staff for the Greater Los Angeles VA system, has formally apologized to Houghton and his wife.

“We are making every attempt that we can to care for Mr. Houghton, but it’s in litigation, and that’s all we can tell you,” he said. The hospital changed practices as a result of the case, he added.

Even regular hospitals have systems in place to avoid these kinds of mistakes. How did this happen and to a vet? So much for this administrations repeated claims that they honor our vets-with the type of care they have been receiving, I do not think they are being honored at all. But I do think they are being subject to unspeakable horrors even after returning. Shame on you Mr. Bush-you have cut benefits to these people whom you purport to respect so much and to the very hospitals that provide care to them. It is no wonder this type of mistake has been made, they are underfunded again because of you Mr. Bush-your budget cuts to the most vulnerable programs so you can have more money for your "war game" or for the illegal occupation as many of us call it is criminal. I do not know how you sleep at night.

Gonzales prepares to fight for his job

Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales has retreated from public view this week in an intensive effort to save his job, spending hours practicing testimony and phoning lawmakers for support in preparation for pivotal appearances in the Senate this month, according to administration officials.

After struggling for weeks to explain the extent of his involvement in the firings of eight U.S. attorneys, Gonzales and his aides are viewing the Senate testimony on April 12 and April 17 as seriously as if it were a confirmation proceeding for a Supreme Court or a Cabinet appointment, officials said.

Ed Gillespie, a former Republican National Committee chairman, and Timothy E. Flanigan, who worked for Gonzales at the White House, have met with the attorney general to plot strategy. The department has scheduled three days of rigorous mock testimony sessions next week and Gonzales has placed phone calls to more than a dozen GOP lawmakers seeking support, officials said.

What does he need all this practice for? He is the same person saying he has done nothing wrong? His story changes way too much for my taste. He needs to go and he needs to take this entire crooked administration with him. This administration reminds me of a drunken frat party gone horribly awry. You know what I mean? The ones where they aare all "Dude, if I become president, (ha ha) you know I will give you all jobs in my cabin" "Hey dude-I think it is cabinet, not cabin" "No way dude-they keep the beer in the cabin" (Ha ha). Does the above scenario seem like exactly what happened in DC?

For this article in its entirety-http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17956095/.

I can go ahead and tell you though-it does not have a happy ending-he had to cancel his vacation so he could prepare his lies........awwwwwwwwwww. Now I feel bad for him-ok not really bu it felt like I shoul say something like that.

The death penalty is a barbaric answer and particulary should not be imposed when the accused is only 17!

Check out my friends website-way to go Matt!

This is a link to a friend of mines website. I met him at "Arlington South" during the anniversary of the occupation of Iraq. What is interesting is that he is a registered republican and did vote for Bush the first time but not the second time. He is one of them who has seen the light and quit drinking the kool-aid and instead of quietly ignoring the mistake he made he has came out against Bush ad the occupation. I am proud to know him-it is easy to admit you made amistake but it is not easy to publicly admit it and come out against it. Matt-if you read this-I am proud to know you and honored to call you a friend. http://www.freewebs.com/henry0077/msm/mattraps.html

Iran to Release British Sailors

Ahmadinejad says 15 sailors, marines to be released today as a 'gift' to U.K.

TEHRAN, Iran - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced that his government would release the detained 15 British sailors and marines Wednesday as an Easter gift to the British people.
He said the sailors would be taken to Tehran airport at the end of the press conference that he was addressing.
Meantime in London, British Prime Minister Tony Blair's office said it welcomed the news.

"We welcome what the president has said about the release of our 15 personnel. We are now establishing exactly what this means in terms of the method and timing of their release," said a spokeswoman.

I am so happy for the people of Britain and the safe release of all 15 of the sailors are a welcome breath of fresh air in a ongoing dispute that seemed to reach a stalemate. You can read the article in its entirety here-http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17944210/ . But I can not help but wonder-were they or weren't they in Iranian waters? When we were in Vietnam and we were not suppose to be anywhere else we all know that we were in Cambodia and Laos-so is this the same? Several of us suspect that Bush wants to go to Iran next and he knows that the American people will not support that effort so what better way to try an incite fear and loathing of the Iranians than to suggest that we are all in danger and that they illegally captured the British troops? And the timing on the heels of a democratic congress and senate pushing for a timetable to be out of Iraq just makes me wonder if this is another underhanded way for Bush to try and manipulate the American people into doing what he wants and not what is in the best interest of the country. We have had him in charge for way too long to not be suspicious of his motives.

Leave me a comment an let me know what you think of the site please. And if you have any suggestions to improve it-thank you.

Arlington South

On March 18th 2007, John Riccio did a dedication to all the soldiers who have given their lives in this illegal occupation. John sets this up on the anniversary of the war, memorial day and on veterans day. He had two sons who went to Iraq and fortunately made it back physically unscathed. I do not know-we will find out-how many pictures it will let me put in but here goes- I put up three-the amount of work that goes into setting this upshows that it is truly a labor of love. I hope you enjoy the pictures and if you see a display being set up to honor the fallen, stop and ask if they want some help-you'll be so glad you did and you will make friends with some really good people.

Peace-The Elusive Dream

This is a poem I wrote on March 25th 2007. I was sitting on my lanai (florida term for back porch) and I was wondering why it is so hard to achieve peace. We will probaly never know the answer but I think it is important to keep asking the question.

Peace-The Elusive Dream
Why is it so hard to find peace at home?
Why is it so hard, wherever, you may roam?
Why can't we have it even in our schools?
Why are we who want it called fools?
Isn't there a course the entire world could take,
Simpy entitled "Peace for Goodness Sake"
Our leaders don't teach it nor do they try to learn,
They sit on their asses and watch other countries burn.
They speak of a civil war in Iraq,
They say we need to step up the attack.
What they fail to see is right here,
A civil war brewing in the USA I fear,
We've been ignored for far too long,
In the pst six years we have grown strong.
We're ready to answer our forefathers call,
of PEACE and JUSTICE for all!

The end.

The End

As Long as Bush remains in charge-he will continue to be an embarrassment

Remember Pat Tillman? The NFL player who decided to go to Afghanistan first an fight the terrorists, then lost his life to "friendly-fire", anyway it turns out Bush was advised just seven days after his death that is may have been friendly fire. Yet Bush continued with the talk of how he died fighting the terrorists. http://michaelmoore.com/words/latestnews/index.php?id=9512

And please take the time to read this article-this is regarding Gulliani and Bush again being in the middle of a scandal. GW Bushs nickname should be "teflon". Excerpts are posted below.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17863023/ Kerik met Bush in the rubble of the World Trade Center. In 2003, he was dispatched by the Bush administration to Iraq to work with the Coalition Provisional Authority, which was helping train and organize a new Iraqi police force. His work in Iraq won personal accolades from the president.
After Bush was reelected, he nominated Kerik to be the nation's second secretary of homeland security.
But a week after his nomination, Kerik was forced to withdraw his name from consideration. The stated reason was his failure to pay Social Security taxes for a nanny. But other issues had also surfaced, including favors he did for romantic partners -- he once dispatched a homicide detective to find his girlfriend's lost cellphone -- and more serious legal concerns.
Within months, Kerik faced New York state charges -- to which he later pleaded guilty -- that he accepted nearly $200,000 in gifts while a public official -- including more than $165,000 spent on renovations to his apartment. The money came from companies affiliated with a New Jersey outfit that federal authorities and state gambling regulators had linked to organized crime.
In the fall of 2005, Kerik asserted his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination in refusing to answer questions before a New Jersey gaming regulatory body about his relationship to the people involved in the apartment renovations.
The contract with A&P was one of many deals -- some much more lucrative -- that the Giuliani-Kerik firm arranged using the partners' extensive political connections. The work included a Justice Department contract and multimillion-dollar consulting arrangements with business clients in the technology and security sectors worldwide.
In some cases, Giuliani and Kerik simultaneously advised a private company and the federal agency whose actions could affect it. Giuliani's firm, for instance, was hired by Purdue Pharma to help figure out how to keep sales of its popular painkiller OxyContin from being restricted by the government; street dealers were crushing and converting it into a powerful narcotic offering an instant high. Kerik was personally named to oversee security improvements at a New Jersey manufacturing plant.
At the same time, the Justice Department paid Giuliani-Kerik $1.1 million to conduct a management review of the organized-crime drug task force, whose responsibilities included stemming illegal use of OxyContin.
Likewise, Giuliani, Kerik and other firm partners were hired by cellphone carrier Nextel to win Federal Communications Commission approval for a new, emergency-only wireless spectrum for first responders.
The idea was to solve one problem for Nextel -- it had long been subject to complaints that its wireless signal sometimes interfered with the communications channels used by police, fire and rescue officials -- while creating an even stronger business opportunity for the cellular carrier.
At the same time, Giuliani's firm was brought in by the FCC to participate in a panel that was advising the agency in its efforts to address the future needs of a police, fire and rescue communications system in the aftermath of Sept. 11.
And lets not forget the still unresolved issues with Gonzales. There will definitely be aresignation from him sometime soon I think.
There is so much going on right now it is hard to keep track of it all-but I will continue to try and continue to focus on the stuff I think most people do not take the time to read.

Think your confused about the Patriot Act? Read on...

The Patriot Act has caused alot of controversy prior to becoming law so it makes sense that after being in place for well over five years that it is still causing concern and confusion. But what does not make sense is one of the places it is causing confusion. The FBI director-thats right the very people in charge of enforcing the patriot act are violating it. I could not believe my eyes while reading this article at www.msnbc.com , the link to read the article for yourself is http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17874370/ .
The justice department found 48 violations of the law during a two year time frame, that is an average of about 2 a month! Justice department investigator Glenn Fine estimates there could be more than 3000 such violations as he continues to investigate the requests for more than 143,000 nsl's (national security letters).
If this was not frightening it would be funny. But the thought of the FBI not following the letter of the law in regards to the Patriot Act (which some view as scary in and of itself) really makes you wonder what they are doing requesting these letters if they do not know what they are doing?!
I think every friday on here I will post at least one maybe more items that make you scratch your head since this is friday and this is a good one to start with. So every friday look for the "headscratcher" of the week and if you have a suggestion for one-by all means leave it as a comment.

Allow me to introduce myself

Hi, my name is Lisa but lots of people call me liberal. I have always considered myself aware but not as consumed by politics as I have been for the last six years now.
September 11th 2001 changed, and or, altered everyoe of us in some way or another. Some of us lost family or close friends, some of us closed our minds and decided all Muslims were bad, some of us wondered if we would get attacked again, yada yada yada. My point is if only temporarily we were all altered.
Personally, I was altered into reaction, gallvanized by a strong and familiar sense of really wanting peace. Everyone proclaims to want peace, Bush even says he wants peace. But as my mother taught me-actions speak louder than words.
It did not take long to convince a majority of Americans that if we wanted to avoid being attacked again, we needed to preemptively attack Iraq because they had "weapons of mass destruction".
George W Bush squandered the opportunity to engage the entire world in a process towards peace, he chose to pick a fight with a country the size of Rhode Island instead. This for me was the beginning of the end of America as I have always known and loved it.
